Guinness ice cream – beer cream! This is the best ice cream I have ever made! I put in 2/3 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of bittersweet, cut down the sugar to a heaping 1/3, and add 4 oz (1/2 c) more guinness for a stronger guinness flavor. Also tastes good as a milkshake!
